My husband and I went to Don McGill of Katy to get a vehicle and when we first got there no one helped us, then Jennifer P. came out and walked around with us talking to us about the Tundra Trucks. She knew her stuff and even showed me her own truck. Jennifer P. answered every question with patience and ease. She also told us she would not keep us there all day and she kept her word. We were out in a decent amount of time, first time that ever happened. I just want to thank Jennifer P. For making this car buying experience the best ever. I love my truck!

I went to Don McGill not knowing exactly what I wanted. From the second I walked in, Chris Roman was there to not only answer all my questions, but took me to several cars to see what I wanted. He was very thorough and did not rush. I ended up buying exactly what I wanted with zero hassle. Even after purchasing my car, Chris helped me navigate using the new computerized system. I highly recommend going to see Chris.

I had a fantastic experience buying my car there recently, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful and even excited for me which I really appreciated. My sales person Jose Uzcategui was so kind and reassuring and didn’t pressure me. The finance manager Rommel Manuel was also so kind, helpful, and patient in explaining everything to me about the warranty package and lease terms. They all stayed to make sure I had everything I needed even though I was the last person buying late that day and on a Saturday even. Also shout out to the service team member (I didn’t catch his name) who was patient enough to make sure I got my phone connected and set up before I drove off the lot. My phone had lost battery during setup and both he and Jose were so calm, collaborative, patient, and kind and got me all set!

I have a 2017 Tacoma, Brought in for routine maintenance. They took care of me, Oil change, Rotation , and everything all in a timely manner, and transparent. As a Walk in. Love this place, Would 100% recommend!
